Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Denpasar. Responsibilities will include managing full-cycle recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, and assisting in employee relations activities. The role also involves maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, processing payroll, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The HR Specialist will work closely with team leaders to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations practices
  • Proficiency in HR compliance, Payroll Administration, and labor law requirements
  • Strong Organizational Development and Employee Engagement skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR or SHRM-CP) and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred
