Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy HR professional to manage Compensation & Benefits and support People Development. This role is ideal for a data-driven individual who excels at leveraging systems, dashboards, and structured processes to drive HR efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage daily Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Prepare, validate, and finalize payroll calculations, benefits distribution, and HR-related reports in alignment with established policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, SunFish, or equivalent systems to support C&B and overall HR operational needs.
  • Configure and manage HRIS workflows for leave, attendance, and performance modules to ensure seamless and efficient processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of workforce data, applying consistent data governance and maintaining up-to-date employee information across systems.
  • Analyze key HR metrics including headcount trends, salary movements, turnover rates, and training effectiveness to support decision-making.
  • Develop Excel-based templates, tools, and dashboards to support HR reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful HR and C&B reports, presenting findings that support operational, managerial, and strategic decisions.
  • Build and manage comprehensive HR dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, compensation analysis, absenteeism, training hours) to provide data-driven insights for leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Manager on project execution, data reviews, compliance checks, and internal control activities.
  • Prepare and assist with tax-related reporting, including accurate PPh 21 calculations and Coretax submissions, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for digital and process improvements within the HR function, proposing tech-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in data interpretation, reporting, and decision support
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables (Power Query/Power Pivot and DAX), advanced formulas, and dashboard creation
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Zoho BI
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, SunFish, Talenta, or similar) is a plus
  • Familiarity with workflow configuration for attendance, leave, performance, or similar modules within a digital system
  • Experience designing or managing dashboards related to workforce, operations, or financial data
  • Previous experience in HR (e.g. payroll, people development) is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal to support internal communication and reporting
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and guiding junior team members
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential or sensitive data
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law and payroll tax (PPh 21) is a plus
  • Tech-savvy, adaptive, and constantly seeking digital improvement in operational processes
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume or deadline-driven work environments
