The HR Manager is responsible for leading overall Human Resources operations, ensuring HR strategies, systems, and policies are implemented effectively to support business growth, organizational performance, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead HR planning, manpower fulfillment, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Manage full recruitment cycle and strengthen employer branding.
  • Implement KPI/OKR-based performance management and support talent development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and handle employee relations professionally.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy, compensation & benefits, and BPJS administration.
  • Maintain HRIS, personnel data, and deliver accurate HR reports and analytics.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture-building activities to support productivity and teamwork.
  • Coordinate General Affairs functions related to facilities, permits, and office readiness (if applicable).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Law / Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR management roles.
  • Strong knowledge in organizational development: Performance Management, Job Descriptions, SOP, and structure.
  • Familiar with recruitment platforms and psychological assessment tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze leadership and organizational performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with employees and leaders.
  • Growth mindset, proactive, assertive, and passionate about people development.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS regulations.
  • Willing to work on-site at Head Office, Denpasar – Bali.
