Position Overview:

The Assistant HR Manager will lead and oversee the end-to-end Human Resources function to support business operations and enhance employee engagement across the company. Ensuring all our sites across Indonesia especially in Bali are consistently well-staffed. Key in developing HR policies, managing talent acquisition, driving employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

As a strategic partner to management teams, the Assistant HR Manager will provide expert advice and practical HR solutions to build a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workplace.

Key Qualifications:

  • Self-driven and hands-on, capable of working effectively with lean teams and minimal supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Confident and assertive personality — able to collaborate closely with operations while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Preferably experienced in the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in retail or multi-site business is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and HR analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Experience handling part-time workforce or shift-based employees.
  • Exposure to multi-location HR operations.
