We're Hiring: Junior Project Manager Office (PMO) – Core Banking (Temenos)

Are you passionate about project management and eager to contribute to strategic initiatives in the banking industry?

We are looking for a Junior PMO to support our Project Management team in project administration, monitoring, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain project documentation (minutes of meeting, issue log, risk register, project tracker).

  2. Support the preparation of project meetings, including agendas and presentation materials.

  3. Track project deliverables and timelines.

  4. Update project dashboards and reports regularly.

  5. Prepare weekly/monthly status reports for management.

  6. Ensure project documentation meets quality and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  1. Must have experience in Temenos

  2. Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably IT, Information Systems, Management, or Finance).

  3. 1–2 years of experience in project administration or coordination; fresh graduates with internship or event/project experience are welcome.

  4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  5. Strong communication and time management skills.

  6. English proficiency (reading/writing for documentation).

Preferred:

  1. Experience managing large events or projects involving coordination with senior management.

  2. Exposure to banking or IT projects.

  3. Detail-oriented, fast learner, and strong team player.
