Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field.
    .
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    as a Junior Project Manager in
    Core Banking projects.
  • Good understanding of
    banking business processes
    , especially in Core Banking modules (deposit, loan, payment, transfer, settlement).
  • Familiar with
    Project Management Methodologies
    (Waterfall & Agile).
  • Experienced in using
    Project Management Tools
    (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Confluence).
  • Holding an entry-level
    Project Management certification
    (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Scrum Master) is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior PM in
    planning, monitoring, and execution
    of Core Banking projects.
  • Create and maintain
    project documentation
    (project plan, meeting notes, status reports).
  • Ensure project progress aligns with defined
    timeline, scope, and budget.
  • Support coordination with
    vendors, business users, and IT teams
    regarding Core Banking deliverables.
  • Assist in
    risk & issue tracking
    and escalate to relevant stakeholders when necessary.
  • Prepare and deliver
    project status reports
    to management.
