Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Brand Manager based in Jakarta. The Junior Brand Manager will support the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of how brand activities translate into sales performance. The role involves monitoring and analyzing market and sell-out trends, supporting brand campaigns designed to drive both brand awareness and commercial results, and assisting in the alignment of marketing initiatives with sales priorities.

On a day-to-day basis, the Junior Brand Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, manage project timelines, track campaign and promotion performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. The role also includes identifying opportunities to strengthen brand presence at retail and online touch points, supporting product launches and promotions, and communicating brand values in a way that resonates with target consumers and supports sustainable sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Marketing and branding skills, including campaign management, trend analysis, and audience engagement
  • Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to track and evaluate campaign performance
  • Creative thinking and adaptability to contribute ideas for innovative brand initiatives
  • Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and platforms, with a focus on digital marketing trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role preferred
  • Passion for the beauty industry and aligning with the values of GOBY BEAUTY
