Junior IT Project Manager

As a Project Manager you are expected to plan, execute, and close projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards. You need to ensuring that all project objectives are met and delivering successful project outcomes.

Job Description

  • Coordinate internal and third party/vendor resources for successful project implementation.
  • Ensure that all projects are implemented on time, within scope, and according to the established budget.
  • Help define the scope and objectives of the project, involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure the technical feasibility of a project.
  • Develop a more detailed project plan to monitor and measure the progress of a project.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and all stakeholders in the project including third parties/vendors
  • Carry out risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skills, and experience levels of project members.

Job Requirements

  • Maximum 28 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 1 years experience as Project Manager
  • Good at leadership, communication & negotiation
  • Highly motivated person, passionate, adaptive & honest
  • Able to work with targets & under-pressure, team player
  • Experience in infrastructure (virtualization, backup, server, storage) is preferred
  • Certified in Project Management (PMP, Prince, Scrum Master etc) will be an advantage
