About Us:

PT. Paradise Villas Group is a leading global Villa Management company dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our clients. We are looking for a Villa Set-Up Assistant to join our growing hospitality team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual with excellent attention to detail, who will ensure each villa is fully prepared, organized, and presented according to company standards before guest arrival or new opening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with villa preparation and setup prior to opening or guest arrival
  • Arrange furniture, decorations, and amenities based on layout and design plans
  • Support inventory and procurement of villa supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for readiness checks
  • Report any missing items, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality during the setup process
  • Ensure all villas meet the company's quality and presentation standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or villa operations
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Able to work in a team and under time pressure
  • Physically fit and willing to handle manual work
  • Basic communication in English is an advantage
