About Us

Our resort features 14 villas with 22 rooms, offering personalized service and a private luxury experience in the heart of Uluwatu.

About the Role

We are looking for a bell boy/driver who is passionate about guest service and hospitality. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the Front Office and Guest Experience departments. You will support daily guest operations and ensure smooth transportation and luggage handling services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Provide villa orientation and escort guests to their villa.
• Safely drive guests using the hotel vehicle for drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all hotel vehicles.
• Support the front office team with guest requests and errands.
• Ensure a warm, friendly, and professional welcome for all guests.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license (SIM A).
• Good communication skills.
• Basic English communication skills, with willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with the Uluwatu area is a bonus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
