About the role

Hidden Hills Villas is seeking a dedicated Bell Boy - Driver to join our team in our Badung, Bali location. As a Bell Boy - Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable experience during their stay. This is a full-time position that involves providing concierge and transportation services to our valued guests.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, including handling and transporting luggage
2. Providing exceptional customer service by anticipating and catering to guest needs
3. Driving guests to and from the airport, as well as to local attractions and restaurants, using company vehicles
4. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the local area, including attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
5. Ensuring all company vehicles are well-maintained and cleaned to a high standard
6. Adhering to all safety and security protocols
7. Collaborating with the Front Office team to ensure a consistent and positive guest experience

What we're looking for

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar bell boy or driver role, preferably in the hospitality industry
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
4. Strong knowledge of the local area and ability to provide recommendations and directions to guests
5. Valid driver's license and safe driving record
6. Ability to lift and transport heavy luggage
7. Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) a plus
