Responsibility :

  • Assist in the implementation of strategic plans for key accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily communications and relationships with assigned key accounts, ensuring prompt response to inquiries and issues.
  • Support negotiation processes by providing data and insights related to account performance and market conditions.
  • Monitor order processing, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze sales data and promotional activity results to support performance evaluation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to coordinate efforts related to key accounts.
  • Identify operational challenges within key accounts and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports related to key account activities.
  • Carry out additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental goals.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales in Horeca/Food Service (experience in FMCG industry is preferable)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and sales performance evaluation
  • Solid understanding of trading terms, promotional mechanics, and budgeting
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Willing to travel for business trips as required
