B2B Commercial Executive Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer growth: finding new major customers
- Indentify, propect and acquire new major B2B customers
- Maintain and grow sales from exisiting B2B customers by strengthening relationships
- Manage subordinates based on customer segmentation
- Managing inventory: forecasting inventory needs for B2B, consignment, replenishment
- Sales Growth: maintaining sales with current customer
- Oversee payment collection and monitor outstanding receivable
- Cross-Functional Collaborations with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 7–10+ years of experience
in
B2B sales / commercial roles
, preferably within
hospitality, HoReCa, hotel supply, bedding, facilities, or premium consumer brands - Proven experience selling into
hotels, hospitality groups, and related B2B channels - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strong track record in
new customer acquisition
and
account development - Solid understanding of
inventory management
, forecasting, and consignment models - Willing to be
based in Bali
and actively engage with on-ground customers
