Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Bali, Indonesia, is ideal for a dedicated and passionate individual who will manage and oversee operations for wówtravels. The Country Manager will lead business development efforts, foster partnerships with local stakeholders, and oversee the delivery of exceptional travel services. Responsibilities also include strategizing for market growth, representing the company in the Indonesian tourism industry, managing the team effectively, and ensuring operational excellence in alignment with company values.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in business development, client management, and building long-term partnerships
  • Expertise in the travel and tourism industry, including experience with B2B partnerships and luxury or MICE travel markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia; fluency in Italian, Spanish is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement growth strategies
  • Familiarity with Indonesian culture, geography, and customs is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Proactive approach, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
