About The Role

The 
Marketing Manager
 will lead the development, positioning, and execution of all marketing strategies for Primuse Group's in-house entertainment and lifestyle brands, managed under Five Elements Agency. This senior role requires balancing creative vision and brand stewardship with commercial business acumen, ensuring each brand achieves growth while maintaining its unique identity within the broader Primuse ecosystem.

The Marketing Manager will act as the central leader for all marketing functions—from high-level brand strategy to tactical execution across digital, social media, PR, events, and retail. They will collaborate closely with and guide the Creative, Digital, and Operations teams to deliver integrated, impactful campaigns that strengthen awareness, drive customer engagement, and build long-term brand equity and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Develop and execute the annual, integrated marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for each in-house entertainment and lifestyle brand.
  • Act as the primary brand custodian, developing and protecting the positioning frameworks, brand identity, messaging, and storytelling for each brand.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with Primuse Group's overall portfolio strategy while maintaining each brand's individuality.
  • Identify and build brand narratives that resonate with target audiences (hospitality guests, event-goers, lifestyle consumers).

Campaign & Activation Management

  • Plan, execute, and oversee all 360-degree marketing campaigns, including product launches, venue openings, festivals, and special events.
  • Develop and manage the master marketing calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic drumbeat of activity.
  • Ensure cross-channel execution (digital, on-ground, PR, partnerships) is integrated, consistent, and optimized for performance.
  • Collaborate with event producers and creative teams to develop unique concepts for activations.

Full-Funnel & Channel Leadership

  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to guide the strategy for paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand and revenue goals.
  • Develop and manage PR, communications, and influencer strategies to maximize media visibility and brand voice.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., media, lifestyle brands, community groups) to expand reach and drive revenue.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Creative and Digital Marketing teams to ensure all content, ads, and creative assets reflect brand tone and strategic objectives.
  • Work with retail, events, and operations teams to translate marketing strategy into seamless customer-facing experiences.
  • Align with the Marketing Director and other stakeholders, presenting strategies, performance, and insights.

Market Research & Analytics

  • Monitor consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and lifestyle/hospitality trends to identify opportunities.
  • Review campaign performance and KPIs with the Marketing Intelligence team to ensure data-driven improvements and optimize spend.
  • Present comprehensive reports to the Marketing Director with actionable insights and recommendations.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop and manage the marketing budgets for all in-house brands, allocating resources effectively across campaigns and channels.
  • Ensure all marketing activities deliver a strong, measurable ROI and contribute to brand growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in a 
    marketing leadership
     role (e.g., Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Manager) with a strong, proven foundation in 
    brand management
    .
  • Experience in hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, or the events industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand launches.
  • Strong understanding of Bali/Indonesia's lifestyle, hospitality, and entertainment markets.
  • Experience in handling multiple brands or projects under one portfolio.

Skills & Competencies

  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent project management, budget management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel, from digital acquisition to customer retention.
  • Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term, performance-driven campaign needs.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

KPIs / Success Measures

  • Growth in brand awareness, engagement, and share of voice.
  • Increase in revenue, footfall, and lead generation for entertainment and lifestyle brands.
  • Positive ROI and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) on all marketing campaigns.
  • Consistency and clarity of brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Strength of brand equity measured through consumer sentiment and loyalty.
