Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Identify and engage key clients and partners.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with decision-makers.
Negotiate and finalize new business deals.
Monitor and report on sales performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Masters' degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
10 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in FMCG/Material Building Distribution.
Profound understanding of Services value chain and innovative business models.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Demonstrated agility, leadership, and management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor or Masters' degree in business administration or related field.
Experience in leading sales teams.
Proven track record in executing strategic sales plans and closing complex deals.
