Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Reward Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Reward Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive reward and recognition program that aligns with the company's overall strategy and objectives. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a reward strategy that supports the company's business objectives and values.
  • Design and manage the company's total compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and other incentives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure equity and consistency in compensation and benefits practices.
  • Develop and maintain job evaluation and grading systems to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process and ensure that performance-based rewards are aligned with individual and company goals.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and motivation.
  • Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction and engagement data to identify areas for improvement in the reward and recognition programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to continuously improve the company's reward strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or natural resources industry.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing effective reward and recognition programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
