Responsible for developing and executing the Bank's reward strategy (Development, implementation, analysis, and/or administration of compensation & benefit program) incumbents manage the key areas of reward & benefits, performance management system, workforce analytic and man power planning, design HC Policy-Procedure and framework are compliant with the relevant regulatory recommendations and requirements with manageable staff cost as agreed operational expenses (OPEX) to support bank strategy
Tanggung jawab
1. Incumbents responsible for determining compensation levels and structure and have responsibility for deferred compensation programs offered more broadly through the organization (include for the executive level).
2. Responsible for the design and manage of complex long-term incentive programs and short-term incentive (annual performance bonus & business incentive program).
3. Act as internal consultant to related parties (employees, Recruitment, HC Operations, HRBP, business units, etc) to solve problems related to rewards & benefits and Performance Management.
4. Lead Executive & Employee Salary Survey in coordination with HRBP, Organization Development, related parties.
5. Manage bank wide manpower planning and bank wide staff cost budget and financial management for HC.
6. As budget custodian to ensure all mandatory or non-mandatory program that implementation within staff cost as agreed by Management & Bank Business Plan
7. Responsible to Lead and Manage Performance Management for all staff as well as annual salary review and variable compensation/pay for employee.
8. Involve and support the implementation of HC Programs (Initiatives) that support business performance.
9. Conduct assessment (if necessary), revisit HR Processes and Policies (related to rewards & performance management area) which should be in line with the prevailing regulation and business needs.
10. Support all stakeholder in HC Directorate that require provisions, procedures or work process development for products/services/work activities to be more effective and efficient in order to achieve satisfactory output levels
11. Planning, coordinate and implement strategic initiatives that have been established as well as make continuous process improvements to support the Bank's business development and improve services to employees
12. Handling each project given with effectiveness and efficiency in order to obtain optimal output / work results in accordance with the needs and expectations of users and can be completed within a predetermined time frame
Kualifikasi
1. Deep knowledge in Compensation and Benefit for Banking Industry and update of rewards trends in banking and others industry
2. Possesses knowledge in Banking business process, job evaluation, job grading and Salary Survey.
3. Computer literacy: Expert in using MS. Office Excel and advance in using any others MS. Office application.
4. Good presentation skills.
