About the role
As a Rewards Analyst at De Heus Indonesia, you will provides analytical and operational support in managing compensation, benefits, and HR data systems. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, delivering analytical insights, and supporting the execution of rewards and HRIS initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct market salary benchmarking and participate in external compensation surveys.
- Support annual compensation review processes, including merit increase, bonus, and promotion.
- Analyze internal pay structures, grading, and pay equity to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement, and allowances.
- Coordinate with vendors for enrollment, claims, and renewal processes.
- Monitor benefit utilization and recommend cost optimization opportunities.
- Maintain dashboards and reports on compensation, benefits, and workforce cost trends.
- Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and support payroll or budgeting analysis.
- Prepare ad-hoc analytical reports for management decision-making.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for data management and reporting efficiency
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Economics or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience as a Rewards Analyst or in a similar compensation and benefits role
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or data tools.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and salary benchmarking methodologies.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and compensation practices.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
