Job Description:

This role will be mainly responsible for the whole campaign process for customer campaign and internal contests, from pre-campaign launch, ongoing campaign management and post implementation review.

  • Data and reporting skills with MS Excel
  • Presentation design skills with MS Powerpoint
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • Min of Bachelor Degree, preferrable from Business, Marketing or Statistics.
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in Bancassurance industry, preferably in Campaign and Data Analysis.

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

1. Pre-campaign launch
  • Prepare campaign scheme calculation for customer reward and Bank staff program.
  • Prepare campaign budget proposal and obtain approvals from all stakeholders (C-suite level).
  • Develop program slides and communication (flyer / teaser) to sales team including sosialization to ACT SM ASH RSH.
  • Liase with bancassurance bank partner on surat kesepakatan and prepare internal memo for Sales team.
2. Ongoing campaign
  • Prepare regular prelim / tracking reports for customer reward and Bank staff program, and work with Reporting team to ensure accurate data is sent to sales team and Bank partner.
  • Coordinate with sales team for deviation requests and work with Bank partner to obtain approval on deviation.
  • Perform calculation of campaign results and ensure the results are accurate before approval process to Dept Head and Sales Head.
  • Liaise with Admin and Sales team to ensure timely reward payment / distribution to customers.
  • Liaise with Bank partner to ensure timely reward realization to customers / internal sales team.
  • Coordinate with sales team for any complaints related to reward payment and liaise with Bank partner (if required) for solutions.
  • Handling inquiries related to campaign.
3. Post campaign launch
  • Working with Finance team to track cost ratio from previous and next campaign.
4. Meeting material for meeting with Bank partner
  • Provide accurate data and insightful report for meeting with Bank partner.
