Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable/Reservation Specialist, located in Sanur, Denpasar. The role involves:

Reservation

  • Handle individual, group, and travel agent reservations via email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Ensure accurate input of bookings, guest details, and special requests in the resort's Property Management System (PMS).
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for availability, promotions, and package details.
  • Communicate with the Front Office and Operations teams regarding guest arrivals, cancellations, and changes.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
  • Maintain good relationships with travel partners, OTAs, and direct booking clients.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, ensuring a positive first impression.

Account Receivable

  • Issue accurate invoices for guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
  • Record and monitor all receivable transactions, ensuring timely collection.
  • Reconcile customer and travel agent accounts regularly.
  • Prepare and update AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Assist in month-end closing and reporting for the Finance Department.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all billing and collection activities.
  • Support the Finance team with cash flow monitoring and audit preparation

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 1
    years of experience
    in
    Accounts Receivable or Reservation
    (preferably in a hotel or resort).
  • Strong knowledge of
    hotel PMS systems
    (e.g., VHP, Opera, or Ezee) and
    MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiar with
    OTA systems
    , Agoda, Expedia, etc.) and reservation channels.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
    (verbal and written).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Preferably familiar with
    remote resort or island operation environments
