  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Previous experience in brand activation, event marketing, or promotion is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work on-site, travel, and work on weekends or public holidays if required.
  • Will be placed on Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Description:

  • Execute brand activation and below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities according to the marketing plan.
  • Carry out on-ground promotional activities such as events, booths, roadshows, and in-store activations.
  • Engage directly with customers to explain products, promotions, and brand value.
  • Collect customer data, feedback, and insights during activation activities.
  • Ensure all activation activities are executed on time and in compliance with company SOPs.
  • Support event setup and dismantling activities inculding product sampling.
