Brand Marketing Executive

You are going to be placed in out Feline Brand,
Catto
- a leading cooked food for cats in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end 360 marketing campaigns in all channels (ATL, BTL, offline, community) for new product launch & monthly campaign.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations: briefing creative, tracking progress, checking assets, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing to align message, targeting, and funnel flow.
  • Organize offline activations, events, sampling programs, and community-driven activities.
  • Plan and execute community campaigns and BAU relationship building.
  • Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and identify insights for optimization.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints: events, partner content, and retail materials.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support strategy and planning for both digital, offline, and retail landscape.
  • Manage budget tracking, vendor coordination, timelines, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing or Brand roles, preferably in consumer goods, lifestyle , or beauty brands.
  • Hands-on experience with ATL, BTL, digital marketing, offline marketing, and Go-To-Market execution.
  • Strong communication skills, coordination and project management skills.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and how to execute campaigns across each stage.
  • Data-aware: able to read simple dashboards, track numbers, and extract basic insights.
  • Passionate about pets or curious about the pet industry (bonus points if you're a pet owner).
  • Fast learner, proactive, and willing to get hands-on — from planning to execution on the ground.
  • Willing to work at Alam Sutera Tangerang with hybrid working arrangement.
