Job Description:

  • Monitor and analyse competitor communication & activities in monthly basis.
  • Assist the brand marketing leader to conduct market or consumer research.
  • Assist the brand marketing leader during monthly strategic planning.
  • Execute marketing campaign across channels.
  • Responsible to develop creative materials for marketing campaigns such as but not limited to Key Visual, Digital Ads, product display page in Marketplace, Banner at offline store.
  • Oversee all communications and media actions across on all channels, including online and social media.
  • Preparing creative assets for digital ads in monthly basis and deliver to digital marketing team to be set on the Ads dashboard.
  • Monitoring the Ads if there is any rejection & ensure its running on time.
  • Assist to collect raw data report from digital agency in daily basis.
  • Collecting competitor product review to support the insight.
  • Implement GTM strategy across channels in timely manner.
  • Work closely with other.
  • Work closely with sales team for sales communication promo to be develop as creative materials.
  • Collecting raw data to assist brand manager on reviewing the campagin performance.

Requirements:

  • Final year from Marketing / Communication.
  • Experienced 1 years / familiar in Marketing field / Digital Ads is a plus.
  • Preferable experienced / familiar / interested in Skincare and Beauty Industry.
  • Creatives and out-of-the-box thinking and problem solver.
  • Have critical thinking skills.
  • Up to date with trends, deep knowledge and understanding of marketing.
  • Detail oriented with excellent project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Great team work, fast learner, and able to work on tight schedule.
  • Willing to commit to a 6-month WFO internship in BIntaro, Tangerang Selatan.
