Work Location:
Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the
    Beauty, Lifestyle, or FMCG industry
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    brand positioning
    ,
    consumer behavior
    , and
    marketing mix execution
    .
  • Proven ability to manage
    campaigns and product launches
    from concept to delivery.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent
    communication, organizational, and project management
    skills.
  • Experience in managing
    marketing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
    .
  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Brand Implementation:
    Support the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness, visibility, and preference in the market.
  • Campaign Execution:
    Plan, coordinate, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across
    digital, retail, and traditional channels
    to drive engagement and sales.
  • Market & Consumer Insights:
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize brand performance.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Measure and analyze campaign results and key metrics (ROI, reach, engagement, conversion) to evaluate effectiveness and improve future initiatives.
  • Product & Launch Support:
    Collaborate with internal teams on new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
  • Agency & Partner Coordination:
    Manage relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Brand Consistency:
    Ensure all marketing materials and touchpoints align with brand guidelines and maintain visual and tonal consistency.
  • Budget Management:
    Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
