Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in modern trade channels (e.g., Sociolla, Guardian, Watson).
  • Ensure proper visibility, placement, and display of products according to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and optimize stock levels, product rotation, and shelf life at store level to avoid out-of-stock or expired products.
  • Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to manage timely replenishment and product availability.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to check planogram compliance and promotional setup.
  • Negotiate for additional display space and promotional placements to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, and consumer trends.
  • Implement trade marketing initiatives and in-store promotions effectively to drive sell-out.
  • Report on merchandising performance, sales trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Modern Trade merchandising or retail operations, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising principles and beauty/skincare market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Experience managing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of merchandising software tools being an advantage.
  • Willing to work full Work From Office (WFO) arrangement at our Bintaro, South Tangerang office
  • Possesses a Motorcycle Driving License (SIM C)
