Key Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in modern trade channels (e.g., Sociolla, Guardian, Watson).
- Ensure proper visibility, placement, and display of products according to brand guidelines.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels, product rotation, and shelf life at store level to avoid out-of-stock or expired products.
- Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to manage timely replenishment and product availability.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to check planogram compliance and promotional setup.
- Negotiate for additional display space and promotional placements to increase product visibility and sales.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, and consumer trends.
- Implement trade marketing initiatives and in-store promotions effectively to drive sell-out.
- Report on merchandising performance, sales trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Modern Trade merchandising or retail operations, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of merchandising principles and beauty/skincare market trends.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Experience managing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of merchandising software tools being an advantage.
- Willing to work full Work From Office (WFO) arrangement at our Bintaro, South Tangerang office
- Possesses a Motorcycle Driving License (SIM C)
