Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Mengelola dan mengembangkan key account (Rumah Sakit besar, Jaringan RS, Distributor Strategis, Institusi Pemerintah/Swasta).
  • Menyusunstrategi account plan untuk mencapai target penjualan & profitabilitas.
  • Menjalin hubungan jangka panjang dengan dokter, menejemen RS, procurement dan stakeholder utama.
  • Mengawasi tender Rumah Sakit, proses e-katalog LKPP, serta pipeline proyek strategis.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (sales, marketing, produk, supply chain) untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional.
  • Melakukan analisa pasar, kompetitor, serta memberikan masukan untuk strategi bisnis Perusahaan.
  • Menyusun laporan penjualan & forecast secara berkala.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 (Menejemen, Marketing, Farmasi, KEsehatan, Teknik atau bidang yg terkait).
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun dibidang yg sama pada penjualan alat kesehatan dengan fokus sebagai Key Account Executive.
  • Memiliki jaringan luas di Rumah Sakit Pemerintah/Swasta dan Distributor Alat Kesehatan.
  • Memahami proses tender, regulasi distribusi alat kesehatan serta sistem pengadaan Rumah Sakit.
  • Terbukti memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi dan leadership yang kuat.
  • Siap melakukan perjalanan dinas dalam & luar kota.
  • Fokus pada target
