Job Deskripsi
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja 1–2 tahun di bidang sales, business development, atau key account management — lebih diutamakan dari industri retail, F&B, entertainment, atau consumer goods.
- Memiliki pemahaman tentang strategi penjualan, pengelolaan klien, dan pengembangan relasi bisnis.
- Mampu melakukan negosiasi dan presentasi dengan baik kepada pihak eksternal (brand partner, korporasi, maupun vendor).
- Terbiasa membuat proposal penawaran, laporan penjualan, serta analisis performa account.
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam koordinasi dengan internal team (marketing, operation, finance) untuk memastikan eksekusi kerja sama berjalan lancar.
- Diutamakan yang memiliki networking luas di dunia retail dan brand partnership.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan terbiasa membuat laporan profesional.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas bila dibutuhkan.

- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan terkait (Marketing, Business Management, Komunikasi, atau sejenisnya).
- Memiliki komunikasi dan interpersonal skill yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Memiliki motivasi tinggi, berorientasi pada target, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Bersedia melakukan kunjungan ke outlet/klien secara rutin.
- Terbiasa bekerja dalam lingkungan fast- paced dan dinamis.
- Mempunyai penampilan profesional dan sikap yang representatif
