Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for an Account Executive located in BSD, Tangerang. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the client portfolio, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, creating proposals, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and providing clients with tailored energy solutions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional services and ensuring seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the energy or renewable energy industry, particularly solar solutions, is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work on-site in Tangerang and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and offer strategic solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Energy Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
