Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

  • Menganalisa dan mengembangkan strategi penjualan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan / revenue perusahaan.
  • Meningkatkan channel distribution.
  • Menetapkan target serta pencapaiannya.
  • Mampu membuat proyeksi penjualan serta penjualan berkelanjutan.
  • Menjalin relasi baik dengan pelanggan
  • Mengembangkan kinerja tim Sales
  • Menyusun analisa laporan penjualan

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 berbagai bidang disiplin ilmu.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai National Sales Manager (Industri Home Appliance).
  • Proaktif dan kreatif dalam mengembangkan strategi penjualan.
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris. (Bahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai tambah)
  • Dapat bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
  • Berorientasi pada target dan detail.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi, analisa dan pemecahan masalah dengan baik.
  • Memiliki integritas, kepemimpinan dan berpikir kreatif yang baik.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office.
