About the role

We're looking for an experienced Sales Retail Manager to join our team at PT Sharprindo Dinamika Prima' in Tangerang Banten. As a full-time Sales Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and performance of our retail stores in the region. This is a crucial role that will have a direct impact on the company's success and growth.

Requirement:

  • Male/Female, Min 28-40 Years
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial Preferred)
  • Minimun 5 years of experience in retail or distribution sales management, ideally within machinery, power tools, or agricultural equipment sectors.

Responsibility:

  • Prior experience in the compressor, power product, diesel, two-wheel tractor industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record in leading national or multi-regional sales teams and achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Strong knowledge of retail distribution system, distributor management, and channel development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skill.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written)
  • Willing to travel frequently across indonesia.
