General Qualifications

  1. Minimum education Bachelor's Degree (Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields).

  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Sales Supervisor/Manager, preferably in sports equipment, sporting goods retail, or distribution industry.

  3. Strong understanding of national distribution.

  4. Experienced in managing a sales team, setting targets, and developing sales strategies.

  5. Experienced in creating, improving, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to sales activities, distribution, after-sales, and reporting.

  6. Ability to conduct market analysis, competitor studies, and understand sports product trends.

  7. Capable of building a sales pipeline, monitoring sales activities, and preparing performance reports.

  8. Strong negotiation and communication skills to collaborate with distributors and business partners.

  9. Able to design and execute sales development programs, such as bundling, seasonal promotions, and sales activation.

  10. Increase sales through distributor channels, wholesalers, and sports stores.

  11. Develop and improve sales SOPs, including:

-order & delivery processes

-reporting mechanisms

-sales activity control

-area & distributor management

  1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.

  3. Lead, direct, and evaluate sales team performance.

  4. Manage pricing, discounts, promotions, and ensure proper execution according to SOP.

  5. Monitor distributor stock levels and product rotation.

  6. Prepare sales analysis reports, business opportunity evaluations, and system improvement recommendations.
