What you will do

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts across the HR industry in Indonesia
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Work in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constituting Pulsifi's Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes but is not limited to the organization's Information Security Policy, Data Protection Policy, Clean Desk & Screen Policy & Password Management Policy

You meet all or most of these requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B sales and key account management in HR or related industries
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian market landscape in HR or other related industries
  • Existing strong connections and a broad network, preferably within the HR space in Indonesia, across multiple industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
