Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, planning and executing account management strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a deep understanding of client needs, monitoring account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and resolving any issues to build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills to evaluate account performance and identify growth opportunities
- Account Management and Key Account Management experience
- Customer Service and Key Account Development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with various departments
- Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
