We're Hiring: QA/QC Project Manager (IT Project)

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Project Manager to join a large-scale IT project in the banking industry.

Job Summary

As a QA/QC Project Manager, you will lead and oversee all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities throughout the IT project lifecycle.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards, timeline, and scope, while coordinating QA teams, developers, and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, execute, and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP).

  2. Manage QA/QC and development teams to ensure project quality and consistency.

  3. Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.

  4. Define and implement quality assurance standards, procedures, and tools.

  5. Identify and mitigate project risks, and recommend process improvements.

  6. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and test results.

  7. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  2. Mandatory: Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, CAPM, AgilePM, or Certified Scrum Master).

  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, project management, or software implementation.

  4. Proven experience leading QA/QC or IT delivery teams.

  5. Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Trello.

  6. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as QA/QC standards (ISO, CMMI, etc.).

  7. Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

  8. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

  9. Willing to be assigned to onsite banking project locations
