Job Description:

  • Develop an adaptable remuneration system supporting Bank Strategy.
  • Perform comprehensive full remuneration cycle, analysis, and implementation. Ensure rewards and benefit management initiative implementation in place.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, degree in Human Resources or analytics is preferred.
  • Experienced in Total Rewards minimum 10 years.
  • Strong understanding of HR System and prevailing law.
  • Strong understanding of Total Rewards.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • High curiosity with critical thinking
  • Strong, courageous leader
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in timely manner.
