Job Description:

One of our clients in the Financial Services sector is looking for an Internal Control Department Head.

  1. Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.
  2. Preparing comprehensive and clear audit reports to be presented to senior management and the audit committee.
  3. Having adequate experience and knowledge in fraud investigation.
  4. Possessing strong knowledge of systems, procedures, and best practices in Corporate Governance.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Proficiency in audit software, data analysis tools, and information systems.
Job Requirements:
  1. At least 3 years of experience as an Internal Audit Manager (Experience as an auditor in the financial industry is required).
  2. Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, including audit planning, audit program development, control testing approach, working documentation, working document review, and reporting.
  3. Experience as a fraud investigator is considered an added advantage.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Good Corporate Governance systems & procedures and practices.
  5. Good knowledge of Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations.
  6. Familiarity with audit software, data analysis tools, and information systems.
  7. Would be placement in Jakarta.
