We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Financial Controller to lead our finance operations, including financial reporting, AR/AP management, and treasury functions. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong internal controls.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Supervise treasury activities, including cash flow planning, banking relationships, and liquidity management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Drive process improvements and automation across finance functions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and financial planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial controlling and operational finance.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of AR/AP and treasury management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in English is a must
