About the role

As the Head of Product at PT Central Asia Financial (Asuransi JAGADIRI), you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and development of our product portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive the creation and implementation of innovative insurance solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  2. Lead the ideation, design, and development of new insurance products and features
  3. Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings
  4. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support
  5. Manage the product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking
  6. Identify and mitigate risks, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  7. Mentor and develop a high-performing product management team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and launching successful insurance products
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence cross-functional teams
  5. Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and Agile product development processes
  6. Thorough understanding of insurance regulations, compliance, and risk management
  7. A customer-centric mindset and a passion for creating innovative solutions
