- Sarjana S1 dengan IPK min. 3.00
- Pengalaman mínimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama (Product Development / Business Development)
- Rajin dan Pekerja keras
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)

**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:

- Bertanggung Jawab atas servis layanan sesuai dengan SLA ang disepakati dengan klien
- Menjalin relasi dan menjaga hubungan baik antara PIC HO dan PIC klien
- Menjaga dan melakukan monitoring performance di seluruh area client
- Menangani dan menyelesaikan komplain dan permintaan klien (Complain Request Handling)
- Menyusun Harga Produk (Pricing Product)
- Melakukan reporting dan presentasi report performance sales daily, weekly, dan monthly.
- Membuat inovasi atau improvement baru atas flow proses bisnis
- Mengelola ,mengkoordinasi dan mendevelop Tim Layanan Product

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp9.500.000 - Rp11.000.000 per bulan

Pendidikan:

- S1 (Diwajibkan)

Pengalaman:

- Bidang Sales atau Product Development: 2 tahun (Diutamakan)
