Head of Product

About The Role

We are looking for a Head of Product to lead and scale our Food Affluent product vertical. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of product initiatives that enhance customer experience, empower merchants, and drive business growth. As a Head of Product, you'll manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Data, Business, and Operations), and set the vision for how our Food product evolves to serve millions of users. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and leadership. You will be expected to dive deep into user problems, align diverse teams, and deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for the Food product vertical.
• Translate company objectives into product goals, measurable outcomes, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers; provide coaching, guidance, and career development.
• Foster a culture of customer obsession, accountability, and high performance.
• Drive end-to-end product development cycles: from problem discovery, ideation, and design, to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Deeply understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Act as the product ambassador, communicating strategy, progress, and outcomes to leadership and broader teams.

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing other PMs.
• Proven track record of building and scaling consumer technology products (experience in Food/Commerce/Delivery a strong plus).
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across tech and business functions.
• Data-driven decision making with experience running experiments and leveraging insights.
• Customer-centric, outcome-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, yet able to zoom out and think big picture.
