We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Head of Product
to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, the successful candidate will lead our product vision, strategy, and execution. This leadership role will be responsible for shaping and executing the product vision and strategy, while driving cross-functional alignment to deliver high-impact solutions. Your leadership will ensure our products create meaningful value for users, strengthen partner engagement, and support Finfra's long-term growth and innovation goals.

Finfra is a rapidly growing Embedded Lending as a Service company, providing a one-stop shop for businesses seeking to launch lending services in Indonesia. Our cutting-edge platform integrates seamlessly with our client's systems to streamline their lending operations.

Here is how you'll be contributing to Our Mission

● Lead the development and execution of Finfra's product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

● Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact products and enhancements.

● Strengthen customer and partner experience through intuitive, data-driven product solutions.

● Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and stakeholder collaboration.

● Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and outcome-focused execution.

● Translate user needs and market insights into scalable, user-centric solutions.

● Guide the discovery, design, and delivery of features that support business performance and operational

efficiency.

A bit about you:

● 7–10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

● Proven background in fintech or technology-driven financial services.

● Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

● Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities

● Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional product teams and complex product lifecycles.

● Adept at balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision.

● Strong organizational and planning capabilities, with attention to detail and product quality.

● Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
