Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

  1. Mengelola operasional, pemeliharaan, dan pelaksanaan proyek sesuai kontrak, termasuk pemenuhan KPI/SLA dan ketentuan penalti.
  2. Memantau profitability/Gross Profit (GP) setiap kontrak dan memastikan biaya operasional dikelola secara efisien agar pendapatan sesuai rencana produksi.
  3. Mengawasi proses pengendalian risiko di setiap kontrak dan memastikan mitigasi risiko berjalan efektif untuk mencapai target.
  4. Menjaga kepuasan pelanggan dan membangun hubungan kerja yang baik dalam seluruh pengelolaan kontrak MSS.
  5. Memastikan penerapan program HSE berjalan dengan baik di seluruh aktivitas kerja di Section MSS.

Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan S1 Teknik Mesin.
  2. Pengalaman kerja 5–7 tahun di bidang operasional, pemeliharaan, atau posisi terkait.
  3. Memiliki sertifikat POP atau POM (diutamakan).
  4. Memahami pengelolaan operasi, pemeliharaan, KPI/SLA, serta manajemen risiko.
  5. Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan koordinasi lintas fungsi yang baik.
  6. Bersedia melakukan kunjungan ke site sesuai kebutuhan pekerjaan.
