Responsibilities
:
- Initiate and manage long-term collaboration with creators, experts, and relevant communities.
- Brainstorm partnership and product ideas based on trend insight and user relevance.
- Lead partnership execution: outreach, proposal creation, timeline planning, and internal coordination.
- Support business strategy planning through structured documentation and proactive problem-solving.
- Communicate with external partners (via WhatsApp, email, or calls) using a tone aligned with our brand culture.
Requirements
:
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, influencer marketing, or strategic operations.
- Excellent strategic thinking, initiative, and business acumen.
- Strong communication skills in handling partners and clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
- (Bonus) Experience or network in influencer, creator, or community-driven ecosystems.
