PT. Integra Kreasitama Solusindo (Integrasia), is a Internet Service Provider and System Integrator company are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager - Medan Area.

Job Description:

Manage the sales process with a strong focus on acquiring new customers, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and end-users, and maximizing existing business potential.


• Identify and pursue various sales opportunities within the customer portfolio, including contract renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling initiatives.


• Ensure customer satisfaction with the company's services to foster long-term, sustainable relationships.


• Analyze customer data to uncover needs, interests, and potential barriers, forming the basis for more targeted marketing strategies.


• Regularly evaluate customer activity reports to identify opportunities for sales growth or customer retention.


• Demonstrate commitment to achieving — and ideally exceeding — the company's annual sales targets.


• Maintain intensive communication with clients to introduce relevant and compelling new products or services.


• Coordinate and finalize partnership contract negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management or a related field.


• Proven experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Telecommunications industry.


• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Branch Manager or Regional Sales Manager, preferably in the Medan area.


• Extensive network of contacts across sectors such as Hospitality, Central Offices, Government, and others, with strong capabilities in customer acquisition and relationship management.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and build lasting business relationships.


• Results-driven and accustomed to working under pressure while consistently meeting performance targets.


• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of sensitivity to customer needs and business development trends.
