  11. Conduct regular coaching, field visits, and performance reviews.

  13. Market Execution & Expansion

  14. Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing and promotional programs.

  15. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  16. Provide market insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

  17. Reporting & Coordination

  18. Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.

  19. Collaborate closely with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams for smooth operations.
  20. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven experience managing distributors or key accounts in Jakarta or Jabodetabek area.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Deep understanding of modern and general trade dynamics in Jakarta.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, or sales reporting software.
  • Strong execution focus, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • High integrity, initiative, and adaptability to change.
