Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Conversational level of English
  • Strong understanding of the sales pipeline, negotiation, and closing strategies.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and great at building relationships.
  • Target-focused and comfortable working independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with the Jakarta area is a plus.
  • Enjoys outdoor activities, field visits, and meeting new people.

Reponsibilities:

  • Conduct canvassing and prospecting to identify potential clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Build new partner relationships and manage after-sales communication.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and updates to management.
