Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to enhance revenue growth and achieve business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, preparing contracts and proposals, and driving business development initiatives. The Sales Manager will also actively collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and the success of sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in creating and executing strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence.
- Client Relationship Management and Communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Strategic Planning and Analytical skills to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and measure sales performance against targets.
- Experience in teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration, with an emphasis on achieving collective business goals.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage pricing, and deliver tailored proposals that align with client needs.
- Knowledge of hospitality and hotel industry practices, with previous experience in a similar role within the hotel or events sector being advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with diverse stakeholders.
