About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team at PT Dgl Expedisi Indonesia. In this full-time, office-based role based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales strategy to drive business growth and profitability. This is a key position that will play a crucial role in the company's overall success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  2. Manage, coach and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximise their performance
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
  5. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  2. Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  3. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insightful sales reporting
  6. Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
