PT Jakarta International Hotels & Development Tbk Group (JIHD Group) is Hiring

SALES MANAGER – PROPERTY

for our residential projects, with potential involvement in other property developments within JIHD Group

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets, with a primary focus on residential projects (housing) while remaining flexible to support other property types such as rent office space and area development when required.

  • Building sales pipelines, generating leads, driving deals and reviewing progress regularly
  • Team Management – Lead, motivate, and develop the property sales team to perform at their best through effective coaching, performance monitoring, and result-oriented leadership.

  • Business Development & Partnership

  • Identify new market opportunities, expand sales channels, and establish strong partnerships with agents, brokers, and financial institutions (KPR/banks).

  • Implementing marketing, PR and sales strategy (i.e. pricing models)
  • Sales Operation & Reporting – Oversee sales operations, ensure proper documentation and customer journey processes, and prepare sales performance reports with analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain long term relationships with buyers/customers and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in property sales preferably in mixed use, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a property developer.
  • Strong track record in driving sales growth and shaping sales strategies for residential or mixed-use developments.
  • Energetic, proactive, and committed to achieving sales excellence.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Established network within property agents, brokers, and financial institutions will be an advantage.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is an advantages
  • Placement: Pondok Cabe, South Jakarta
